Henry Cavill seems ready to launch a new image by Geralt of Rivia by Netflix The Brujo Season 2. There is not much to extrapolate from the image beyond the fact that Geralt seems to be about to kill something or has just finished killing several, but it is known that season 2 will see Kaer Morhen, home of Wolf School sorcerers, make a significant appearance as the place where Ciri is trained.
In particular, according to what we have seen from Kaer Morhen so far, it does not seem that the new image comes from a scene set there but elsewhere. On the other hand, it is also possible that we simply have not seen enough angles of the tower to say it with certainty.
